We race most radio controlled electric racing cars indoors on carpet.
Stock and 19t/ modified touring cars are the most popular classes, also with regular F1, 12th, buggies and mardaves.
The hall is one of the largest & fastest in the area.
AMB Computer lap counting with printouts, races /finals are 5min
Race entry £3.50 Juniors £4 Members
£5 Non members.
From 2007 £1 Deposit will give drivers who stop to help & clear away, a free entry on their 5th meeting
limited mains sockets and tables available.
Refreshments, snacks available, also shops close by.
All Beginners and prospective members are welcome to watch and ask advice for free !
Some of us race in National series on proper circuits in the summer, so we are looking for an area of tarmac for a track locally
touring car
Frequencys
We use a pegboard for practice only.
Your name peg reserves your frequency. Please REMOVE PROMPTLY- drivers may be waiting to practice on your frequency.
Check your Race frequency on heat & finals printout -it may change.
No 35mhz ONLY legal 27mhz, 40mhz and 2.4ghz.
NEVER switch on when racing is in progress -check with race control
Safety first

Relatively safe Model Motor Racing can be potentially hazardous.
Please take sensible precautions, particularly with small children (must be accompanied by an adult).
No pets allowed please
-Cars may cause indigestion!!!.
Marshals please take cars well off the track to make any adjustments.

Due annually January to December
Save money on reduced entry fees.

pmcr Rules & Regs 2008
  1. General - All Classes
    1.1 No Mini pin or Rally block Tyres – Although exceptions could be made for the tyres that come with RTR type kits.
    1.2 Tyre Additives – Only recognised additives, no WD40, Brake cleaner etc.
    1.3 Safety – All cars must be safe when initially entered to the meeting. i.e. no sharp edges protruding/exposed from the body shell.
  2. Modified Touring
    2.1 Any modified motor including brushless.
    2.2 Any tyres – Rubber/Foam (subject to 1.1)
    2.3 19 Turn
    Placed in with the Modified class.
  3. Stock Touring
    3.1 BRCA Legal 27 turn stock motors
    3.2 Any Molded rubber Tyres (Subject to 1.1)
  4. Formula One
    4.1 BRCA Legal 19 turn motors
    4.2 Any tyre
  5. Mardave
    5.1 Maximum of 4 cells
    5.2 std motors
    5.3 Any tyre (subject to 1.1)
